Stephen & Christina were AWESOME. Very professional, reviewed what needed to be done beforehand and when some things changed the asked questions and when we need something last minute they went and picked up and I was bale to pay at home. I couldn't of asked for a better experince and will request them for any future work :-)

The agent set up audio system. The agent was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. Outstanding job!!

The installers did a sloppy job. They did not remove the packing materials from the audio component, nor did they setup the component beyond plugging them in. When I went to watch a movie I had to go through the setup procedures including waiting 20 min while the soundbar software updates downloaded and installed I asked the Best Buy employee if I needed to buy extra HDMI cables and was told that the installer would have extra cables of various lengths so they could do any install. Well that was not true. The installers had no additional cables and were ready to leave without even plugging the blue ray player into the TV. Fortunately my son-in-law was able to go to Best Buy to get a long cable and deliver it before the installers left

Geeks performed a quick re-installation of auxiliary speakers for a large TV used in my entertainment center. Very prompt service. No problems encountered!

The Geek Sqad installers did a great job. Spent all time needed to set up the equipment and explain how it works. The TV I purchased was too large to be mounted above the fireplace with my mount. At first they suggested I exchange for a smaller TV, but they called a co-worker who suggested a Mantle Mount through another retailer.They came back a couple weeks later and now the TV is mounted with a cooler mount than I had originally purchased. It allows the TV to be pulled out and down in front of the fireplace.

Dusty, from Geek Squad, was terrific. Your scheduling service stinks. I was scheduled for June 2 and, after waiting most of the day, was cancelled. I rescheduled for June 13 and Dusty showed up and did a fine job. Geek Squad is fine. Best Buy is mediocre at best and I know both companies are owned by Best Buy.

This was way better than expected. The Geek Squat set up 3 tvs including mounts, sound bars and wireless speakers. They made sure that everything was working perfectly before they were done. Definitely worth going to Best Buy.

My installation was completed in no time, i was very satisfied.
