The Two Geek Squad members who came and set up our tv/sound bundle were so good, fast and courteous. We’d definitely request them next time

The Geek Squad installed my TVs a few months ago and recently my turntable and Sonos speaker system. They were very efficient and knowledgeable and very careful. They also explained everything to me. I will call them whenever I make a purchase. This was the best service, even though everything came with good instructions. The peace of mind is worth it.

Everything was installed correctly and works great.

My techs were great! I had preordered the items that they had thought I needed - was told I could return what we didn't use. Not only did we "NOT NEED" a $650 receiver but the tech returned it to the store and saved me a trip! Now that is TRULY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AWESOMENESS!!

Josh from the Geek Squad came and answered questions I had about the TV setup and also successfully managed to get my surround sound to work with my new Sonos Beam soundbar. He was everything you'd want in a technician sent to your home to help you: competent, friendly and patient.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Candace and her team, After having an initial problem with the sales order, they were able to replace the the first TV installation and they added sound bar, I am vey happy with the result and the way the replacement was handled. .

These agents were amazing... They connected or TV to the remote seamlessly and we were so delighted....!! They I have is some other tips for the future use... Never have had any issues with there expertise...!

Perfection! The Geek Squad integrated my Sonos sound system, and new Samsung TV's throughout my house (bedrooms, family room, outside patio). And were helpful to set up the various streaming apps I use (YouTube TV, Prime, Netflix). Flawless, quick, and would work with them again anytime!

The young man was excellent. Patient and professional. My only disappointment is that he stated the visit should have been put as "Troubleshooting" and he was going to have my $100.00 fee refunded as he was only in my home for maybe 10 minutes. Still waiting on the refund.

Techs were professional, helpful and made sure we understood how to use the products before they left. Our appointment was between 12-4. We got a call 30 minutes before 12 that they would be there at noon and they were! 100%

Of course, when you finally buy the big TV and contemplate drilling a bunch of holes into your wall, constructing a bracket, loading a heavy piece of electronics equipment, set it up and hook it in to the network... um, I figured it is definitely the easier, softer way to hire someone who has done this before... 3 months later and it all still works!

Geek Squad Technicians did a great job setting up my new Sonos system. Installed soundbar, sub, in ceiling speakers and remounted my TV. Was nothing but professional. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Setup everything on my phone and works flawlessly. Thanks, would definitely use again.
