We really liked the Geek Squad person (guy) who installed our stuff. He was really helpful! He explained what works best and what else we could do with our system and what we might want to think about.

Greek squad installers did a great job setting up the sound bar

Excellent service (arrived with 24hrs), solved audio issues, which had fallen out of sync because of TV auto update ( within 1/2 hr of arriving). Well earned charge. Try yourself first but quickly call the Geek Squad when selfhelp fails.

This was great to invest in with the existing system

The tv was already mounted. The techs set up the programming and explained the remote usage. Their set up experience saved me much time and agrivation. thanks to them we were ready to use the tv's smart functions right away.

Josh was on time. Unboxed the 2 new Vizio tvs. Installed them both. One set up with Sonos surround sound. Connected the tvs to Apple TV and remote. Made sure we could operate both tvs with the Apple TV remote

Our installer was very courteous and knowledgeable. He worked with us to find the best location for the TV and stayed with it until it was completely programmed and ready to go.

The geek squad guys were professional and quick. Very helpful. They also showed us how to use the system.

Very organized process of setting up my home audio system. Unbelievably knowledgeable in all facets of the system and both of the technicians were very professional.

Technician showed up on time and was very courteous. Knowledgable about the product was an understatement. One of the reasons we shot at Best Buy. We always get the complete service from start to finish.

The team of two were quick, professional, had everything installed neatly, speaks installed in ceiling, excellent workmanship. When I had issues with the networked Apple TV a week later,Jeff came back out and spent all afternoon troubleshooting it, and solved it.

The agent fixed the mount on my wall for the tv as well as installing the system. He was able to show me on the app how to use it.

Cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad and their abilities. I am not real good at all the technology. Would not have the great sounding system without them. They are very interested in making the customer happy with their purchase decisions.
