Geek Squad guys were on point! Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

We replaced a gateway and first generation Orbi and the wireless system works about twice as well. Now if I can get AT&T to quit downsizing internet band during several times a day, the system will be perfect. Actually we have noticed the system working better even during these periods so I am thrilled!

Orderer the service and they were great, nice people.

The agents were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They were precise, they measured everything twice before cutting and/or making holes. They were familiar with the tech and helped me with shortcuts. The system sounds great!

Great Job. They managed turning choas into order, a large job since we had 5 components to organize. They also did a great job of cleaning up once they were done. Couldn't ask for more.

The service person was great, he was very friendly and knew what had to be done. he explained how to operate the system and removed all boxes and packing material before he left. there was also a follow-up call to be sure all was working and I was satisfied with the product and service.

I missed plugging one (1) audio cord to get my home theater system up and running. Yep… that one cord cost me $129.99. Techs did know their stuff though.

This is well worth the fee if you have no or little tech experience or do not want to be bothered...These folks are so learned and thorough, They are patient and helpful in answering questions and helping me to learn. I would highly recommend

We have trouble understanding New technology and without the Geek Squad we would not have figured it out. The Geek Squad spent considerable time explaining “how” to use our devices. We always buy at Best Buy

Unfortunately it was difficult to get the solutions necessary to fix the problem with the previous items purchased from BB. after 12 days of no follow up but being billed for the Service Call, I went to the Okemos, MI store, tracked down the MIC and spent an hour at the store getting to the right person. We are concerned that we spent many thousands of dollars replacing speakers and acquiring the entire Sonos system, only to find that it was originally not set up property.

The agents were very professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. This made me feel at ease.

Scott in his assistant did a great job. It was complicated. He worked through the trouble shooting and solve the problem. My Sonia system is working fine. Thank you!

The installers did a sloppy job. They did not remove the packing materials from the audio component, nor did they setup the component beyond plugging them in. When I went to watch a movie I had to go through the setup procedures including waiting 20 min while the soundbar software updates downloaded and installed I asked the Best Buy employee if I needed to buy extra HDMI cables and was told that the installer would have extra cables of various lengths so they could do any install. Well that was not true. The installers had no additional cables and were ready to leave without even plugging the blue ray player into the TV. Fortunately my son-in-law was able to go to Best Buy to get a long cable and deliver it before the installers left

The geek squad are great! They installed and my tv and set it up in no time. Then they showed me how to use it and got my printer working too

Installer was efficient and knowledgeable. The installation took less than one half hour. Great sound with this sound bar.

These guys are amazing. Had me set up with a new antenna, hiding all wires, installed a sound bar and a wireless speaker system, hung my tv and set the whole thing up mixed with a great experience. Best I've had with a purchase in decades....
