This was a setup for Dolby 5.1 surround sound using your smart phone when pairing the Sonos system. The Indian dance as the tech's called it was part of the setup but when it was completed I was amazed...

I am upgrading my audio system which was over 20 years old. I contacted the Geek squad for advice and basic instillation. They were great. Came on time and cleaned up everything once they educated me on the system.

The agent was very professional and handled the job well. My issues were resolved without having to buy new equipment and that was a nice relief.

It is great being able to contact someone that has knowledge about the product we purchased. After reading the owners manual and trying the trouble shooting ideas to fix an issue with no success. This service is great.

I was required to pay for this visit unlike these visits done under the subscription in the past and while the Technician verified the audio system settings for the system that Best Buy originally installed but he did not verify other TV and system settings as has bee done in the past. Current subscription only provide value for new purchases not for service needs for past purchases.

As a techy, i really didn't have the time to do all of the setup for my system, and i was still intimidated by it all. all of my system is on the same network and runs seamlessly.

The team fixed my wires so they werent so tangled & held together with clips. Best service ever. Definitely worth the $99.00 as I am not to bright when it comes to hooking things up.
