Re establish connectivity of Sonos devices. Finally have all working. Nolan and his partner waded through several prior issues and problems.

Excellent service, great communication. Cleaned up boxes, etc. and returned furniture to original state. Everything was checked and working before the Geek Squad left. Recommended alternatives to meet our needs.

We updated our receiver to a Denon and wanted to make sure it was set up properly and also needed instructions on how to use all the zones. Will definitely recommend Geek Squad to do this to anyone purchasing an expensive receiver.

they hooked up the sonos system very nicely, good installation

The Geek Squad techs set up my two new Sonos speakers to connect to each other and to my smartphone via Wi-Fi to maximize the stereo sound. He showed me how to speak to the Assistant, and how that works. The tech walked me through how to use the speakers as well as the smartphone together to download apps for music. I am a true novice, but the G.S. tech encouraged me to not be intimated, and by using it, I will understand how it all coordinates together... and if I had any difficulties, I could call G.S. for help. I took his advice, and I am doing pretty well with it now. I'm very pleased that the set-up was completed professionally, and now I simply enjoy.

Generous with his time and talent, our GEEK was a real gem. No way could I have accomplished the install on my own. Kudos to Best Buy for the Geek Squad. I don’t generally go for extras such as installation or extended warranties, but in this case it was well worth the added expense.

The agents mounted out TV, connected speakers and made sure everything was working. Showed us how to use everything and connected our different accounts with like Hulu, Disney plus etc..

Ok, these two were so fantastic-- incredibly kind & helpful! They arrived on time, were efficient with the timing of setup, did a fabulous job mounting the TV & soundbar onto our NYC pre-war building brick wall and even cleaned up afterward. They spend time showing us how to work everything on the TV- how to navigate, login, how to use the surround speakers & subwoofer. Honestly, it was such a pleasant experience & they gave me their contact info for any future needs. Highly recommend this service & so happy to have purchased the Total Tech membership to get this service as part of membership.
