The agents installed my TV and sound system. They also made sure my apps worked and I understood the remote control. Service was amazing!

This was a great service. Everything they did was spot on. I will definitely have them back for any additional work in the future. Took them about an hour to do it all. Asked them to set some features up the way I wanted and it was no problem for them. Total professionals.

The Geek Squad , Steve and associate , provided a very efficient set up . They coached me enough to get things started . I find the owner( me) has to experiment with the system to get the hang of it and I have . They answered all my questions and gave me a follow up number , which I have not used yet . Steve was great at offering suggestions for improvement add ons , like mesh extension , additional speaker placement and type . I have placed my next order to take advantage of significant discounts that expire in 6 weeks

Jay was able to connect our old stereo system up to play the music my husband wanted along with his playlist. He went above and beyond the normal installation to get the product to work the way we wanted. Could not have done this ourselves.
