I was skeptical about using the geek squad because I thought it would be overpriced for a mediocre job. Boy was I wrong. It was well worth what I paid to have the geek quickly solve my problem and give me a solution that helped other parts of my wireless internet work great. I would use them again.

I purchased a TV and was offered an option to purchase Geek Squad Home Networking Made Simple, so I did. When they called the night before to confirm the installation, they reviewed what they were going to do...hook up a wireless router, a printer and a computer (none of which I purchased and which I already have hooked up). I communicated with them that I need my TV hooked up, they said that is not what you purchased. We went back and forth. Have no idea why they would offer a computer, router, printer hook up when one purchases a TV and not a TV hook up. I spent nearly one hour and a half on the phone getting the appointment set up, and then having to get my money back since it did not apply to my needs!!

The Agent was on time, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Would recommend. I am recently divorced and my ex handled tech stuff. I have learned quite a bit out of necessity, but it's nice to have the geek squad available.

This was the first time I called on Geek Squad and I wasn't disappointed. I kept losing my WIFI connection. Nicolas felt the old router was bad. He was correct. He installed a new and better router and in no time the WIFI was up and running.

The agent from the Geek squad was very knowledgable and fixed out computer problems quickly and efficiently. I would recommend highly.

My service man was excellent. He set things up quickly and explained all that he did. I would ask for him again. Great experience.

Got a new laptop that need networking at home. After the tech left and I got into using the computer, I found a lot of problems with it. I had to call Geek Squad 3 times so far to straighten it out and one time I was on the phone for 4 hours. My printer wasn't connected, word wasn't working right and somehow my printer is not even working with my other home computers so I will be making some more calls to Geek Squad which have been very good at correcting the situation.

I plan to use them again, because of the ease they completed my job. It is worth the money. While there they actually completed a few things that was not on their list to complete. I highly recommend them.

The 2 techs did everything I asked of them. Well worth the price I paid to have it steup. Will use them in the future.

He was very helpful and took time to listen. He helped me solve my problem. He was very knowledgable.

Had to have the Geek Squad come to my house to install an Airport Extreme router. Only one problem, he cancelled on me three times and never showed up. It will be a long while before I buy from Best Buy again. Probably go to Costco where it is much cheaper without requiring the Geek Guy.

I had Geek Squad come out twice and BOTH times the agent did not know anything about the new google tv. I paid for someone to come explain my new tv, but that still has not happened.
