New router... DID NOT WORK OUT
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy screwed up from the purchase .. after waiting all afternoon... a NO SHOW from the Geeks, to trying to find out why... That took over 2 hours and no reason, a visit to the store... I ended up returning product and cancelling everything else... (a $200 + purchase). Went to another store and they fixed the problem with a $10.. YES ten dollar cord.... needless to say, it will take me a long time to return to Best Buy for any product !! And I have purchased ALOT from that store.... Oh well..

Geek squad gave up and left without fixing my PC

Geek squad finally came to my house hours after the promised time, way late, wasting my entire day, they could not repair my laptop, so they told me to take it to the store, and left. I called and got a refund. Next time I'll use the Staples tech support instead. This is the Best Buy repair experts?

to long to get service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.would never sign up for this again i was told someone would call before they came to my house, never happened, then they said they did call and that didnt happen, told them I needed 7 min. to get home, they said they could only wait 5 min, a total of 3 weeks to fix a 10 min problem

No one offered to mail a copy of the paperwork. A code was read to me. It was incorrect. No one offered any assistance. I feel they should have made a trip at no charge to correct their mistake. .
