Using the Dyson Airwrap with the paddle attachment, it takes less than 6 minutes to dry my hair. I don't need to flat iron - it's smooth, shiny, and soft! Best investment ever! Very easy to use. I've played with the other attachments, but have best results using the paddle to straighten.

Dyson Airwrap

When I curl my hair, my hair stays soft and manageable while the curls last a long time. I am looking forward to learning how to do more with all the attachments. Expensive, but so far it has been worth it.

Disappointment

I still don’t like that the curls barely stay, even with an oribe texturizing spray and hairstyle. It’s probably just my hair texture but still disappointing. I like the blowout roller adapter but don’t think that one part is worth the price of the whole package.

Posted .Hello Jane, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If your experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.
