it takes a little getting used to how the tool works but overall I think this saves me at least 10 min. It doesn't get as hot as a regular dryer/curling iron but the final result looks good.

This is the most amazing hair tool ever!! I’m not good with regular curling irons and blow dryers, but this is so easy to use. It’s pricey but worth the price.

Bought but just started using last month and the brush is faulty and wont stay clicked onto the machine. Call dyson for for customer support and they said I would have to send back mine which could take over a week and they would have to inspect it and then resend a new one which they couldn’t give a timeframe for so I would be out of a hairdryer for at least a month even though they saw on video that it was faulty. I don’t know what else they need to check and why I should be left without a hairdryer for up to a month possibly more – should back up their products. I’m so disappointed. They said a replacement brush is not possible at the time because they are out of stock and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. I wish I had started using it when I first got it so I could’ve returned it to Best Buy but since I passed a 30 day window, that’s not possible. you would think after paying so much money for our product they would help a little bit more. Shame on DYSON!!!

I have curly hair and I didn’t like the dyson. I don’t know if I’m doing wrong but whenever I style my hair it doesn’t even last for 12 hours

I bought it for my wife and she says she loves it. Sometimes she uses it to dry her hair instead of the Dyson blow dryer.

I purchased this initially and it stopped working altogether. I had to exchange it, and now the new one works. It doesn’t work on extremely wet hair, which is when the included hair dryer attachment comes in handy. There is a certain learning curve when it comes to using the curler however.

Love this. It's lightweight and easy to use which is perfect since I've had hand surgery. It does not cause heat damage to my hair abd the style holds until I wash it again.

Yes definitely a good buy,it takes longer to dry compared to a cheap hairdryer but the final result is on point

Great product. Of course it's a Dyson so the quality is top notch. It takes some practice to get your hair just right but once you get it right you get amazing results.

The airwrap was ok, but far away of my expectations. The curls doesn’t hold and I had to go back at my old way of doing hurls. Also, the attachment that was supposed to help with freezing hair wasn’t helping my hair look better neither . I spent a long time watching tutorials how to make it work for me since it was a big investment, but I didn’t see any improvement on my hair. For that reason, I decided to return it. The only thing I liked was the design; it feels something luxurious.

Everything works perfectly. The box for everyday keeping is humongous. I dont imagine traveling with this box. Other then that its a bit overpriced honestly- its a hairdryer cmon! Lets see how long it stays in working condition

I bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day and she’s been bragging about it non stop to her friends. It used to take her a few hours to get her hair done and now it’s done much faster.

Although it took a little practice to learn how to use it, the dryer has been great. It was perfect for short hair too!
