I called Dyson, waited on hold for 30 minutes to learn what I already knew, product had to be exchanged. When you pay $500+, the product should work.

I need to practice with this a little more to be good on both hands. If you have long hair (pass shoulders) I would recommend you getting the attachment for longer hair.

If you're not in a hurry and want to change out the attachments, sometimes several times, its a great hairdryer. It might work better with longer hair. I have medium length hair that is thick. It takes a little longer than the videos to dry.
