Thank you for your review. This is Miella from Dyson. We're so sorry to hear of your experience with your Dyson Airwrap™ styler. The Dyson Airwrap was designed with the Coanda effect to properly wrap your hair for you around the barrels, and intelligently monitor the heat for less heat damage.
This can be a bit of a learning curve to the Airwrap, but we test the machine on miles and miles of various hair types and textures. Our Dyson Hair Support page was created to provide tips for different styles and curl retention, depending on your hair type. We also recommend using your favorite hair care products as the Airwrap works well with product to maintain your style.
