For the price I paid for this dryer, I am not satisfied at all. The curling stick is not curling the hair. The dryer is so low heat and low powers that doesn’t dry the hair at all. Do not waste your money on this useful dryer

Posted .Hello Ariana, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

Hair has to be completely wet to use the curling attachments. Even the slightest amount of dry hair would knot when I would try to curl, my hair, and my hair dries so quickly it was difficult. The curls wouldn't hold at all. I have much better luck styling with a standard barrel curling device. I ended up returning this product.

I had heard and seen great reviews. I have above the shoulder, thin hair. It did not curl my hair at all. For $500 I expected beautiful curls without the damage of the heat. It did not work for my hair. I returned it. I am very disappointed with this product.
