Hi guys! As I mentioned in the title, Dyson Airwrap is a real life changer. My hair used to look like a mess when I tried to use any blowdryer with a brush. I just couldn't make anything out of it, and my hands always were so tired because of heavy blowdryers. This one is a treasure for every single girl. Even though it is pricey, it is completely worth it because it will make every girl happy. It is very light, quiet, and magical. I love all the brushes it has, but my absolute love goes to airwrap attachments. Those are amazing! In less that 5 minutes, you get your hair done just like you got out of a beauty salon. I totally recommend it to any one, it is a great investment in your hair care things. Takes a few times to get the hang of it but it’s so worth it.

This worked for a month then died. I cleaned the filter and did everything that was recommended but it still wouldn't come back on. So I did a warranty claim, they received my item January 25th. According to their own warranty information a new was is supposed to be shipped out within 14 business days. I called every week leading up that and was just told to wait. So on the 14th business day I called and asked if it was going to be shipped out today, only for the guy to figure out that the warranty claim wasn't processed correctly. So from then he said he'd have to fill out a form to fix it and it should be shipped out within 2 business days. It's now business day 17 and the current customer service rep I just spoke to said it actually won't be shipped out for another 5 to 7 business days. Which would bring the total amount of business days they've taken to 22-24, and that's IF it actually shipped out. It's been a NIGHTMARE dealing with this, the first few reps I called within that first 14 business day period should've caught that the warranty wasn't process correctly. And the only thing this company has offered my for my trouble has been a 20% discount on my next order! WHO WOULD BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AFTER THIS?! Meanwhile I'm still making payments on this product that was over $500 that I bought in October, haven't been able to use since the beginning of November and it's now FEBRUARY! Absolute NIGHTMARE! SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE SHARK!!!

Total game changer! I absolutely love this! I’ve been doing hair for 33 years and this little appliance is the best new thing I’ve come across! Hair dries faster and no need for a curling iron! Hair looks and feels fuller and thicker! Love it! Hair even feels healthier!

best product ever!! i totally understand what all the hype is about and i completely recommend! the blow dryer is light weight but fires your hair so fast and all of the other attachments are outstanding!! i use it everyday!

My wife loves this but the swivel end will lose contact eventually. We got the first one under warranty and the second one did the same thing a year later. Honestly I won’t waste my money on any more dyson products. They are not built to last but theyre price says otherwise. Ive owned vacuums, cordless straightner, and airwraps and never again waste money on high dollar garbage.

This item was purchased fraudulently with my credit card. If you track down the "person" that is using said item please tell them that I'm hoping they never get their hair the way they want it and may the smell of burnt hair follow them permanently.

I just bought it today & couldn’t wait to try it. It worked great for about 5 min after switching it off several times to release the curl it would not turn back on. I followed the instructions to reset the plug and it turn back however after I switched it off again to release the curl it will not turn back on even after resetting the plug. I’ve always heard great things about Dyson products, this is my first time buying anything made by Dyson. Not a good experience as a first time buyer. I am very disappointed!

I have had this airwrap for about 3 years and didn't even use it as my main hair dryer, I used it interchangeably with a regular hair dryer or another multi styler. After 3 years of mild - moderate use it is unusable, due to the motor dying. I took it to the Dyson repair shop thinking there was a hair stuck in the barrel, but no this super expensive machine's motor is dying. This is ridiculous. This machine is too expensive for the motor to die so quickly.

It won’t save you any more time if you’re looking for a more efficient way to style your hair. The curlers don’t hold curls for more than 10 minutes- even after watching many YouTube videos. The only reason I’m not returning it is because the Revlon brush really damaged my hair. Could probably work better if my hair wasn’t super thick and wavy.

Amazing product. Bought this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it, it has all the attachments she needs to get her hair styled the way she wants it.

It’s a great product but not worth the price. It’s easy to use and gives you great curled. It’s perfect for thin easy to manage hair but not that much control for thicker hair. For a smooth blowdry

Highly recommendthis for hair product. Im not an experect but I can tell even ther it makes a difference on the gilfriends hair.

Extremely disappointed with this. This was a christmas gift for my fiancé and out of the box the bluetooth does not work. According to dyson the bluetooth had been disabled and after following the troubleshooting it still would not turn on. For $600 brand new something like this is expected to work out of the box and it falls short. The product can not be added to the app for registration or to use the features of the app like the instruction video. This is unacceptable by dyson and this product does not work as intended. I would not buy this and I would go with a Shark instead. This product was supposed to be reliable, easy to use, work as intended but unfortunately it is a bust. Dyson needs to figure this out and have a severe reduction in price for such a faulty product.

Love this ! My husband bought this for my birthday, while expensive, you do get alot of attachments so I don't think it's too bad.

How this has so many high reviews I’ll never know. I love Dyson and have multiple of their products in my home including the dryer and the straightener. I wanted to love this so bad, but it’s not work the $$. Your hair will look amazing for 3 minutes and then fall completely flat. I do have thin hair so maybe that was a factor. Took it back after multiple different attempts

I loved my Dyson Airwrap for the 3 years that it worked. Only a 2 year warranty for this $600 hair tool? Really Dyson? We know you can do better than that. Yes, I literally got sucked in. Dyson repair quoted me $180 to fix it. Dyson you suck!
