Checked various outlets and confirmed it was in fact the Dyson. For a brand new product you would think this wouldn’t happen, but nope. Sadly I has a very poor experience with this product.

I was thinking that I can bring it to Best Buy for repair but they told me that I need to contact Dyson. Not worth the money!!!

I was hoping this would help me cut back on drying and styling time for my hair that soaks up water. Unfortunately, it takes even longer to dry and style using this than it does using a cheap con air hairdryer. I wish I could get my money back.

Would not recommend for people with thin hair

I have curly thin hair and the brush straightener wouldn’t perfectly straighten my hair it would only make it frizzy. The curler wasn’t any better, I think my natural curls are better. I don’t think it’s worth it for that price. It was fun to mess around with though.
