A super fun game for a group of friends to play!! You can choose variety of modes. The characters are cutely designed even the enemies!! Couple main characters have bonus features which can help those inexperienced players. Life seems to be unlimited with a start of 5 for each character. Tutorial videos will be available after the completion of levels to show you some efficient methods! All in all, my friends and I we played this game over this Christmas break and we absolutely love it!

This game is great. Graphics are good and the levels are hard enough that it’s a challenge but you won’t do the controller throw from frustration.

I loved this game on the WiiU and played it for many hours. I was torn on buying it again, but overall like the new additions. The best part is it’s now portable. Having just picked it up, I’ve only played the first land and it’s definitely strange getting used to the Joy cons. Whether or not to get it depends on your love of Mario 2D games. I’m looking forward to the new levels and changes. I think they could have done more, like making use of Amiibo (seems like Nintendo gave up on this kind of unique aspect to their gaming). Most games either don’t make use of them which is a shame. I liked using all the Zelda Amiibo and it was a perfect use of them. Gave you a nice bonus each day. Now they are just kind of one and done and that’s it. This game could have made good use of them. Overall MARIO plays well on the switch. For Mario fans only! It was a great game on the Wii U. It’s a good game on the switch.

Ease of use to start, and learn for the kids. Graphics are fun for kids, and doesn't get boring.

As a 90s kid, brought back many great memories of Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros3. Many elements of each combined together to make a modern version, just as challenging and equaling exciting. Hard to put down the game once one starts playing. Highly recommend for those who loved Super Mario World. Nostalgia galore.

Great game for coop, has some easy characters too for the little ones. Needs 4 normal characters though, not 3 then 2 handicap ones.

Great family game! Also great for playing on your own. The new characters are cool but I wish there were more options.

Beat the game all with my younger sibling. It’s great for all skill types. It has characters so young ones can switch to to make the game easier for them, but also has a bonus world for people that want to go above and beyond. Game is balanced and everything is just pure fun.

I think the game is awesome fun to play and family oriented. However switch games should be far much cheaper than Xbox or PS4 games.

I've been replaying old Mario games on the Switch, which has been fun, and it made me crave an update other than the open world games. I was happy to find this newer side scroller version. The graphics are awesome, it has fun challenges and new features, the multiplayer cooperative version is chaotic and fun. It's one of the only games my wife actually enjoys playing, and now we may need to buy a second switch.

Got this on sale and am so glad I bought it! Fast free delivery. I’ve been a fan of Mario games. Fun game to play but there are times I get frustrated the inner child in me gets upset if I almost got it but did not. My stress reliever during pandemic. I just wish games are not as expensive so you could buy more to think switch consoles are already expensive. I finished the entire game but now I have to play it again to get all the giant gold coins so I could play the Superstar Road
