Great classic game for the whole family! Only reason im leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I've spent $60 on this game pretty much 3 times now! We had it on the regular wii then again on the Wii U and now I've purchased it for a 3rd time on the Switch! Kind of lame they keep releasing the same exact game on every console for the same high price tag, with a couple minor changes! This latest one added a couple playable characters over the Wii U version but still the same exact game we played for years on the Wii U! Other than that it is a great game and highly recommend for a first time player! it would just be nice if Nintendo would stop milking us all with the practices they have when it comes to re releasing same exact titles on all these new consoles they come out with every couple years! I feel like this should be alot cheaper especially if you already have these games on your nintendo accounts from previous consoles!

I preordered this game and it arrived on actual release date. It was a present for grandson, however, my son plays as much as he does.

This one captures the essence and fun of the old school side scrolling NES games.

We never stop playing this. My son loves how you can switch characters to play with.

Son picked it up after never playing any Mario games whatsoever, and he was immediately struck by the colorful worlds, bevy of secrets, and how I seemed to know so much about it - it firmly echoes and revamps the SMB games of old, including my personal fave, Super Mario World on SNES. The multiple characters offer something different to each player a la SMB 2 on NES, and it's just a refreshing reminder of the simple yet casual way Nintendo games can rope you in and keep you there with thoughtfully developed gameplay!

Decent upgrade. Had this on the WiiU and enjoyed the game. Decided to upgrade to the switch version. I like that both Mario and Luigi games are together on the same cart. Visuals are upgraded slightly. I would recommend this, but probably not at full price

Came up on a great game usually switch games are never on sale at -$20 MSRP definitely a happy customer! :)

I love it. I think it's better than Super Mario Wonder. Maybe it's because I grew up with 80's Mario. Definitely worth buying.

It is an amazing game without a doubt, i enjoyed from beginning to the end. But the most important for me personally is that i can play the Tom rider game too.

Bought this game for my daughter's 5th Bday. Extremely kid friendly and overall very family friendly

This is a redux of a Wii U game, so the value should not lie at $60. However, there are companies ripping off people by charging $60/$70 for sports titles that will be $5 a year from now so this is a decent game for what you pay.

Fantastic game. I purchased this game for my two kids 6 and 3 and they love it. The graphics and the story of this game are amazing , which brings back memories from the original Super Nintendo Mario bros game that I used to play as a kid and that I still enjoy playing and what better opportunity than to experience it again In a newer futuristic version. All I can say is that I love this game and enjoy every time I play it with my kids.

Having missed all of the previous iterations of the new Super Mario Bros series, I have been HOOKED by this one. I literally can’t stop playing. I got the game Friday and it is as fun alone as it is with friends. But I’m serious I can’t stop playing. I haven’t left the house and I might not if I don’t have to. This game is fun and more challenging than you’d think. The biggest challenge of all being not playing the game for any reason. Someone pls rip this console from my hands I have no self-control. PLEASE!
