This is a great purchase for my young kids. They had been watching videos of people playing. I hadn't realized that these were current games until I did my research. Purchased a "Switch" and these games for my kids for Christmas. I can't wait until their eyes light up trying to play it.

Fun game, It's a modern version of the " old school" SNEs Mario. Playing with another person in story mode can be interesting and a little challenging which makes the game worth it. Definitely recommend for fun with the family.

Another Mario game. Its really hard, but fun to play.

My kids love mario games as much as i did wjen i was their age. This game is a must have. Your kids and Us will be amazed by the graphics and the level of work Nintendo put into it. Also have two characters that will make the game experience better for the younger ones. You wont registered.

What is there to really say about this. I ordered it from Best Buy, it came on time, it wasnt damaged, they did a good job. The game itself, well... it's a mario. Mario Bros. U was a solid game on its initial release and having this title on Switch with all the DLC content is great.

Would have had 5 stars if it wasn't so highly priced. Bought and played this on the Wii U, but had to have it again. It's another great mario game. Simple and fun for everyone.

After getting Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze for the Switch last year, I felt like getting this other, older Wii U platformer that I would be more used to from playing the original Mario games. Certainly has the look of a 2012 game. Maybe I'm looking more forward to other Wii U titles (or sequels) to come to Switch, like Super Mario 3D World or a new Super Mario Maker. Still plenty of fun to be had with this one, throwing in mechanics and design that separates it from the older Mario platformers I remember, but also a bit of a regression after I played through Super Mario Odyssey endlessly, more so than 3D World likely would be.

I bought this game and once I started playing, I was completely addicted. This game most closely resembles the original super Mario Bros game with really great updates.

Highly enjoyable game that keeps all ages engaged - solid graphics, storyline and stickwithitness - highly recommend!

I love this Mario game because it is old school, based on all the Mario games I grew up playing, and in the more 2 dimensional format I prefer. My 8 and 9 year olds also really enjoy this game, even though they play alot of 3 dimensionally formatted games, they think this game is awesome! Fun for the whole family!

If you like the old super Mario games, you will definitely like this one. You also get a harder course if you pick Luigi. I love that you have two options when playing, makes for a longer game.

The game reminds me of the original Super Mario game back in the days playing the Nintendo console.

Kinda harder than I remembered, but still really fun

Great game, bought for kid at camp who did an outstanding job during camping trip. He was so excited and happy about game. He said he could not wait to play his friends.

This version of the game has a lot of content to it. Lots of levels full of a bunch of difficulty. Its a fun time to play with friends or your family. Good times had by all

Regarding this review, I never played the Wii U version. I have heard this game duplicates a lot from that, but I wouldn't know. However, this is a great game!! I've enjoyed it alone, and with my 5-yr old son. I have him play as the purple character who can't get hurt, so he doesn't die as often. Lots of fun for both of us!

This game takes me back to Mario of old! Great fun!

My son loves the new Mario game. I on the other hand loved the ccustomer service and effort to find me the game.

Absolutely love this game! This game has the classic feel of old school Mario games. Very fun and entertaining to play. Brings back a lot of memories from NES and SNES days.
