I was looking for an affordable game to play with the kids and this was only $20 so I figured I couldn't go wrong. I'm more of a PS3 gamer and on occasion I hop on the Wii for a little variety. As far as 2D side scrolling platformers go this is as good as it gets! There's nothing like the original Mario Bros. but this one obviously incorporates newer gameplay and gets more and more challenging as you progress. More importantly it's also lots of fun!

I wanted the WiiU so that I could play all of the Super Mario Bros games. While my favorite is still the original for the NES, I like this one almost as much. Great game!

It's Mario, it's fun. Not too hard, not as easy as I expected. I can't stand how enemies dance to the "bop" sound in the background music. Other than than, the game is pretty sweet.

Bought this as a gift for my mom. Our family really loves video games and with all the new/updated gaming systems, it's nice to have a classic in our collection.

I am by no means a gamer. However I did play various Super Mario games on NES as a child. This game brings back those memories. The feel of the wii wand sideways isn't quite as exact as an actual NES controller, so the moves are a little harder the execute. Still fun even though I suck at it.

I really like this game because I got it at a special price they did price match with no hassle and I also had some certificates that I wasn't aware of!

Endless fun, endless, play. i am hooked on this game. We play it over and over again. I just can't get enough. Great vibrant color. Lots of action.

This game was purchased as a gift for my 12 year old daughter who just got a wii for Christmas. (we are not typically wii players) She absolutely LOVES this game. Whats so great about it is that EVERYONE in the family can play (grandparents too!) and its not overtly violent or inappropriate. my teenage son says wii is for girls, but i think its for families,and yes, he plays too (shh don't tell!)

I have always loved Mario games but the this has to be one of my favorites. It's a lot like the original but there are some differences. It's great game to play with a lot of fun challenges and the graphics are terrific. The coin challenges are so much fun. I usually only play multi-player games but I like playing this with others or alone. This game is great fun for people of all ages.

This game is a classic very happy with my purchase cause no other place could have beat the prize for a new game and with a replacement plan.

I bought this so that my whole family could play together on the Wii. We have a lot of fun playing both together and separately. You can work cooperatively or you can battle each other. If you want to play four players, you must have four controllers, and we only have two, but when we all want to play, we borrow 2 from our neighbors. It is a lot of fun, and is challenging!

This game brings me back to my childhood! It's designed with many features from all of the Mario Bros. games and adds a few new ones.

I love playing this game - its similar to Super Mario Brothers 3.. You have worlds like you did in the previous version and its fun! The coolest thing is - when you use your Gamepad - the other player can insert blocks for you to jump on to help you throughout the game itself. It's alot of fun.

Kids were thrilled 6-8 year old boys.Games for the regular Wii are getting hard to find so I was pleased Best Buy still stock this

Thus is a fun game to play with the family or friends. It's 4 players. The only down side is you all need to share the screen, there is no split screen. Other than that it's the same Mario Bros.

we like the yoshis and obstacles. we like the free levels. I enjoy watching my kids work together to get to the next level.
