I only have the wii for playing Mario. I have also played every single Mario since it's inception and this is my favorite by far. I love playing with multiple characters and my fiancé can play right along side of me as well.

What a great game! It feels like a blend of Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World (SNES). The graphics are colorful and beautiful, and the whole game has a fun, upbeat feel to it. The ability to play 4 players is great, however all players have collision boxes meaning that you bump into each other constantly. This is a real drag when you collide in mid air and die over and over on timed jumps. This is a minor inconvenience though, I completely recommend this game to any Mario Bros fan, young or old.

This is the most fun I've had playing a video game since the Nintendo first came out with the Mario Brothers games. It is addicting and super fun. Even my 5 year old and 4 year old fight to play with it. The 15 year old has already beat it though, just to unlock a secret world. It's great! We love it!

Great game...if you have friends to play it with. Full of laughs and good natured yelling. Do not buy if you are a college student who values their grades, sleep, and pretty much their life, due to its addictive nature. For best results, play it with three of your buddies and/or with your girlfriend.

I am not a huge video game person and what I like most about Wii is that it is an updated version of the classic Nintendo. This game is a good combination of the original Super Mario games with just the right amount of updates and additional features. I absolutely love it and definitely recommend.

Experience the side-scrolling fun of Super Mario Bros. in a new way: in the company of your friends- and this is one of the most rewarding Mario experiences because of it. When I was a kid, this is exactly how I wanted to play Super Mario and never could- I'm glad my children get to!

Love the old version being available to play. Great fun. Love the animations, the new song. Don't care for when playing more than one person you have to play as a team instead of individuals. Wish both options to play either team or one on one was available.Overall worth the money.

I love this game. I have a lot of fun playing it with friends and family. The game is memorable, and is sure to bring a lot of smiles to your face. The only drawback is how difficult it is. Stick with it and you will be sure to keep coming back to this game over and over again.

My 4 sons got a whole bunch of Video games the Chistmas, but this one is by far their favorite. They can all play at the same time, and the game is an absoluite blast!! I'm thrilled that Nintendo continues to put out really high quality adaptations of the Mario Bros franchise!!

This is a great game for all ages. The ability to play with up to four players makes this a game the entire family can enjoy...at the same time. My wife hardly ever plays video games, but even she couldn't resist the adventures of Mario, Luigi and crew. Awesome game!

This game is great because it brings back all the memories of playing the old Super Mario Bros. The game integrated all of the good aspects of all the old games and put them into New Mario. If you like Super Mario Bros 1, 3 or Super Mario World you will love this game as well. Whats great: The difficulty is very good since young and older people. will be playing this game. There are new items that help Mario and the gang complete each level. This game is different from Mario Kart and other Wii games because it is very fun with a group of four or playing by yourself. I think that most of the games for Wii are primarily for groups and not individuals playing. Lastly, the co-op play is the best aspect Nintendo added. Cons: Playing with 3 or 4 players gets tough because you run into everyone and its hard for everyone to complete the levels. Also, if you get Yoshi and beat the level you don't get to keep him.

This game has a lot of the feel of the old school Mario games, which was what I hoping for. I don't like the 3-d ones as much, like the Nintendo 64 Mario. This has great graphics and many cool things.

This game is amazing. Whenever I played i got hooked and would be on it for a couple hours usually passing 1 or 2 worlds in one sitting, keep in mind I'm a 19 year old girl and not really into video games. This is actually the only one I play and I passed all the levels pretty quickly, I found the real challenge in going to collect all of the star coins for the "not so secret world". Wii games are expensive and it would be a bummer to buy something you didn't like this is definitely a keeper. I contemplated for about a month but finally gave in and I'm glad I did or my Wii would just sit there and get dusty. Wii sports can only keep your family occupied for so long! I was surprised that the hint book sells for $20, you can easily find all the cheats and hidden pathways with a little help from Google! Go for it it'll keep your kids, teens, and adults entertained 50 bucks well spent!

While the game reminded us of Super Mario Brothers for Nintendo, it was updated and very challenging. It was revisiting old friends -- but as adults. The kids also enjoyed playing -- in fact, they have stayed up past midnight several nights! Great family fun.

New Super Mario Bros. for Wii brings back Mario in all his glory! The game has bits from all the Mario games. Multi player action is fun, but if one person is really good and the other isn't, the good player has to do a bit of helping! Great family fun!

You LOVE Mario, right? Then you have to get this game!! Takes me back to years past playing Mario...but then ZAPS you into 2010 with all the new & exciting adventures!! You can never go wrong with Good Ol' Classic Mario Bro.'s. Worth every penny! A+++

Anyone who had a SNES when they were a kid knows how this game is played. You collect the coins, fight the enemies and rescue the princess. If you've heard of the game, you know how its played. Everything is good overall when it comes to this game. Its fun to play, exciting and you can play with a friend...or 3. Let's talk about the major flaw in this game. The creators would be fooling themselves if they thought a 4 player co-op was a good idea. True, you can add friends and other players whenever you want. Everyone gets 5up to start and you guys travel the level together. The game is EXTREMELY difficult to play with one other person let alone 3. With two people, you travel the level together; hop up platforms and not get crushed by objects. If one of you gets separated however, you're out of luck. The screen does not expand to show both characters if everyone ends up being very far apart. And you guessed it, without seeing the other character, you're character is going to die. The biggest problem is trying to keep up with each other. Sometimes, unless you're jumping at the same time, one of you is going to be out of luck when it comes to trying to squeeze into tight spaces. What is good about co-op is that there's multiple characters to snag coins, and you can jump on top of each others characters to get to higher spaces. Each "?" box comes with multiple power ups (one for each playing character), and that's pretty much it. This is definitely a good addition to Wii games. Its a console that needed some help and this game will help it get some.

A bought this game for my little brother who LOVES the Wii. He played it for 3 days straight and loved it! It reminded me of the 90s when everyone had a Nintendo system and Mario was the King. Even my mom played it and liked it. If they are happy, then so am I!

Mario has been a great game so far. It plays like the original mario bro games from the past. The multiplayer mode is great for fun and entertainment. It is a blast to play with your friends and family. You won't be dissapointed in this one.
