None of the OEM docks were in stock in store when I was shopping for it but they had this one. I had already had trouble with the OEM docks and burned through a couple so decided to try it. It's a little more expensive but seems like it's better build quality than the OEM and has a 1 year warranty

This worked exactly as it is intended to. Great quality. No issues. You do need to purchase a separate HDMI cord to connect to your television.

Fits my Nintendo Switch on it perfectly. Great for charging and Nintendoing on the television. Also cost effective compaired to buying a name brand docking station.

I really like this stand and it is useful for what I need at the moment. Seems to work well and connection to my TV is fine. The one drawback for me is, I have an external shell on my Switch and I had to take it off, but that is a minor inconvenience. Only mention it because other buyers may want to know this before buying.

Needed a dock for the kids to put there switch on and charge.
