    Works great so far, definitely has great quality for the videos. Set-up is a no brainer and actually using the device is easy as well. My biggest issue with the device is not having smart phone accessibility which, had I known before purchasing, would have been a deal breaker for me. All in all it’s definitely a good product just which it could connect to my phone in any way.

      Thank you for your review, I'm afraid the 320XR model does not have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and therefore is not mobile app compatible. We have a simple code that helps identify if a model is app compatible- it will have a 'W' at the end of the model name. This shows that it has 'Wi-Fi' and can be used with the app. E.g. 322GW, 422GW, 522GW, 622GW etc.
