    This does everything I need, it records front and back with a lot of clarity. You can read the plates even when it’s dark. The video quality is very good specially at night. I put a 256 gb memory card in it which records for 4 5 days, so even if I forget to save a video it will be there for long.

    Dash cam is working well but the person installing the dash came needs a promotion. Very nice and helpful to an old man like me…I have his card in my car. Best Buy should take notice of an employee like him. I tell everyone I know about him.

    Nextbase only allows you to use a Nextbase microSD card. The price of a Nextbase microSD card that matches the requirements is $100. Not worth it, considering that the DashCam kit is already $150. If you have the money, sure. Go for it.

      For a 320XR we recommend a Dash Cam compatible 32GB -128GB U3 Micro SD card, specifically designed for Dash Cam or CCTV usage. At BestBuy, compatible Nextbase SD cards start from $19.99. Using a dash cam compatible SD card will allow your Dash Cam to function as designed. The card needs to have a minimum continuous write speed of 48MB/s.

      For guaranteed functionality and warranty of the SD card itself, we always recommend using a Nextbase SD card within a Nextbase dashcam.

      I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time figuring out how to review the footage of your camera.

      You can do it three different ways:

      1. Take out the SD Card, put it inside an SD Card adaptor and then into your computer.
      2. Bring the camera indoors, connect it to your computer with the USB Cable provided in the box and select 'Access Files'.
      3. Press the MODE button on the Dash Cam to select required mode.
      Video Mode: The default mode when the camera is turned on, for video recording.
      Photo Mode: Allows you to take still photographs.
      Playback Mode: Allows you to view recorded videos and photographs upon the Dash Cam LCD screen.

      You'll need to select Playback Mode in this case.

    Very good camera. It took a little while to get use to the functions but good now. Only downfall so far is the auto in function. I cannot seem to turn that off.

    Clarity of the camera is good, but there is no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capability, so the app is obsolete. You cannot download anything to your phone and recordings Don't always happen so if you need a recording from an accident. Don't expect it to be there

      I am sorry you’ve had this experience with our Dash Cam. My Nextbase Connect App (for the phone) is available and updated, but it was designed for other models that have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection. This Camera stores the recordings on the SD Card and the videos can be played on the Dash Cam itself, from the SD Card directly, or you can connect it to your computer and use our App My Nextbase Player on it. If you had any problems with the recordings, we can help you figure out what went wrong to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
