    Purchased one last year and just installed it. Rear camera doesnt work and shows not connected. Too late to return it. Brought another one just now and similar problem, rear camera shows connected but is just a black screen. Garbage.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we’re sorry to hear that the camera didn’t meet your expectations. This particular model is designed for use with a PC and doesn’t include Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities as you mention. The idea is to have a simple straightforward camera you can check in your PC with the USB cable included or inserting the SD card directly into it.

      However, if those features are important to you, we’d be happy to recommend our Series 2 cameras (322GW,422GW,522GW and 622GW) or the IQ Smart model, which offer wireless connectivity options. We appreciate your feedback and hope you find a solution that better fits your needs.

    Please don’t waste your money!! Oh yeah for sure more people gonna say the video and pictures are great!! Yes, esthetic looks fantastic but the parking sensors works too slow until the damage is done and gone! Then you go to best buy !! Guess what installation service is after a month and half !! No return to try your device, yes I wasted my money and time at least the this brand nextbase!!! Good luck

      Hello Enrique,

      I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the Parking Mode on your 320XR.

      For Parking Mode, if the camera is completely still for five minutes (the car is parked), then the camera will 'hibernate' in Parking Mode. If your car is bumped and the G Force sensor registers movement then the dash cam will automatically turn on (takes around 2-6 seconds to turn on), record for 30 seconds and then shut back down again. If you are unlucky enough to be hit twice in a row then the dash cam would automatically record again and capture both events.
