    This is the worst dash cam I have ever bought. After 14 days Best Buy no longer is interested in any issue the dash cam has. Nextbase only has has email support and will put you through weeks of emails insisting you try this or that. Anything except expedite a warranty replacement.

    Purchased one last year and just installed it. Rear camera doesnt work and shows not connected. Too late to return it. Brought another one just now and similar problem, rear camera shows connected but is just a black screen. Garbage.

    Please don’t waste your money!! Oh yeah for sure more people gonna say the video and pictures are great!! Yes, esthetic looks fantastic but the parking sensors works too slow until the damage is done and gone! Then you go to best buy !! Guess what installation service is after a month and half !! No return to try your device, yes I wasted my money and time at least the this brand nextbase!!! Good luck

      Hello Enrique,

      I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the Parking Mode on your 320XR.

      For Parking Mode, if the camera is completely still for five minutes (the car is parked), then the camera will 'hibernate' in Parking Mode. If your car is bumped and the G Force sensor registers movement then the dash cam will automatically turn on (takes around 2-6 seconds to turn on), record for 30 seconds and then shut back down again. If you are unlucky enough to be hit twice in a row then the dash cam would automatically record again and capture both events.

    It is fine to record while driving but the extremely short battery life does not allow to use of the camera in sentry mode.

      Hi Andre, can you please elaborate on what you mean by sentry mode? Our cameras do not have anything by that name. The camera does need to be attached to the mount in order to receive power. The dash cam is not like our laptops and cell phones that take a charge and work for a number of hours before needing to be recharged.
