Before i go to long road trip i was im looking for a dashcam then i found this, no touch screen or wifi, all i care is i can save recordings, the camera is crystal clear back and day & night thats all i want. easy to install too highly recommended.

Super easy to install. The image quality is ok. I drive in a dusty environment. If you don’t keep the windshield and back window very clean the camera will focus on the closest object which is usually dust. This makes anything in front of or behind your vehicle slightly out of focus. It’s not a deal breaker for me so I’m not going to return it. The images are still clear enough to tell what happened if there was an accident.

The Nextbase dash cam is an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their driving safety. The video quality is outstanding, capturing clear, detailed footage even at night. It’s easy to install and user-friendly. While it’s a bit pricier than some models, the quality and reliability make it worth the investment. Highly recommend for peace of mind on the road!

Solid and reliable. Screen is too small to be very useful but can get basic settings changed. Video is clear and audio is acceptable for the price point.

Having cams in your car has become an almost necessary part of being on the road to cover oneself in case of an accident or break-in/theft. This cam system will prioritize key videos and save them over the other less useful moments on the road, so there is security in the video(s) you need to not be overwritten. There are multiple options on the market and this one meets my needs.

Great quality and images are clear it was an easy installation as well

so far so good the man put it in good. only thing I am confused about is I charged for over night it never says fully charged. so i have to keep it plugged in all the time when using that car

I bought two of these and have the same issue. They are pretty good cameras. The image quality is not superb. You won't be able to read license plates unless the car is directly in front or behind and reasonably close to you. I guess you need a 4K camera if you expect to be able to read all license plates. It's easy to use and install. The only issue is that the rear camera occasionally has a pink screen. One camera was doing it a lot. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement. The replacement still does it, but not as often. I've seen it happen in my other unit as well, but that one is behind my mirror so I can't see it so well to monitor the issue. It seems to be a recurring problem with this model not isolated to one unit. Overall, I would still recommend it, but just know it has its limits.

Love the size and quality of the camera and how easy it was to set up. Also love how small the rear camera is as well

Works great and arrived really fast. 10/10 would buy again. Everything else as easy to install and the quality is great.

I checked out quite a few dash cams as a gift for my daughter who was in a 5 car accident on the highway recently. I read a lot of reviews and this one seemed to be the over-all pick for price and features combined with ease of use.

Great product, very easy setup, but the rear cam uses a ball/swivel joint mount. Every time you open/close the hatch, vibration + movement loosens it slightly. Over time, it starts pointing up (sky) instead of the road.

Fairly compact & easy to use. Installers at Power Road location in Mesa, AZ are the best! Used them for all of our vehicles for the past several years!

I bought two of these for my daughters' cars. They work great.. However, i forgot that one of the cars had a rear door that side opens. Made the rear camera harder to install with the cord. That was on me not the camera. Other than that, they work great and very happy

Easy to install, great video quality. It's awesome to have front and rear recording. I do recommend this product!

This dashcam is very good for the price and the combination of the rear camera. Rear camera is basic but it does the job. Front camera has necessary features but lacks 4k and access to the Next base app. If you can afford the 522 or 622, those are both awesome and much better but this dashcam is still sufficient and is a great starter cam!

Reliable and cheap. Price range is good for those just wanting a cheap and reliable dash cam.

Works exactly as described and I had no issues with setting it all up myself. Setup/ install in car took no more than an hour with only one previous experience in dash cam setups.and great video quality for the price point

just got this installed, bought it on sale with free installation. Best Buy tech Danny did a great job installing it, and giving me a 10 minute over view of what to know, at the level I needed. It fits discretely behind my rear view mirror.

This camera very good. I have have had other car cameras that were not as sharp and has a huge coverage. If you zoom in on various areas, you can still see everything were other cameras would blur out. I would recommend this product.
