Fav dash cam I’ve had!

Hooray! All others would fall randomly. Great quality picture. Love that it’s front and back working simultaneously. No super annoying little jingle/sound when you turn your car on, or ‘start up’ delay. Only thing I can’t figure out is how to get it to record longer than 1min increments. Not super user friendly as far as buttons and menu

Great camera but the app needs improvement

I actually put them in all my vehicles (my wife’s, the kids) so that if something happens, there is proof of whose fault it is. The only complaint I have is that I wanted this one specifically for being able to connect the camera to the app and download video rather than pulling the card and transferring on the computer and that is the one thing that doesn’t work too well on it.

You are correct about app connectivity, our 320XR is not compatible with our app. If you would like this feature in the future, I would suggest looking into our 322GW (G stands for GPS and W stands for Wi-Fi) and above. Dash cam review of seller and installers

However, the installers were not completely user friendly. The supervisor was a little rude. There was a window Ste where I could enter from the store. He made me w as Ll all the way around when it was hot outside and they were not busy. The person who helped me, Christian was ver knowledgeable. But I had to slow him down. I am not tech savvy. I needed him to explain slowly and clearly. He gave me a phone number for their shop yo call if I had questions. I did not and left a messsge. They did not extend the courtesy of returning the call.

Reliable, good quality video.

This model does not have compatibility with the app interface. Note that you will need a fast SD card like the one noted in the box, which is not included. Another thing you should keep in mind: if you won't be driving your car for two weeks or so, disconnect the camera, as it could drain your battery, The camera activates and starts recording when it detects movement.
