When it works..Great Camera

The Customer Service people weren't open and honest with me. After much B S., I asked if there was a known problem. They wouldn't respond. I turned off the "Imagine Stabization" and guess what, problem fixed. I again asked them about problems and they finally admitted the problem that they hope to fix with a firmware update.

The very top auto technician

Has a strong desire to help his customers. I have been around a few decades, and know talent when I see it, he is definitely a huge credit to Best Buy. I sure the management at the Chesapeake Square best but store in Chesapeake recognize his talent and his desire to help the customers who come into the squad bay for help
