The more you pay the more you get. This satisfies a person not particular about video quality or ease of installation. Video seems to be in a sort of fish eye lens for wide viewing. When reviewing video you can see everything you will need to see.

Good choice if you know what your doing

However I did experience a problem with mine, when I first set it up it never turned off so it ran my battery out. The quality of picture is great for the price point. It comes with everything you need just make sure you have a plan when it comes to cable management.

I had it installed at best buy and everything went off without a hitch. It works great and now I can see and record everything that's going on around me. Also, protects my car when I am away from it thanks to the great motion control sensor

Ok budget dashcam w/o any firmware upgrade support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: - Solid build quality - Included cables are long enough to be hidden properly and comfortably in the car - Easy to setup - Video quality is ok Cons: - Outdated with no support for any firmware update from Nextbase - Connection to the PC is a hit or a miss. Does not always work. The included SD card adapter also does not work reliable all the time - No app support. So if the connection to PC does not work, it is impossible to download the footage Haven't used it long enough to comment on the long term reliability.

Wish i could actually use it

It was supposed to come with a memory card and it didn't so im still waiting for the company to send me that. That was 2 weeks ago. If it doesn't come soon im returning it.

Took a minute to figure out how to get the videos pulled up on the computer, but once I did was smooth sailing. Only complaint is I wish this one was app compatible as well.
