Rear camera

The rear camera is on a magnetic ball so it can come off especially if getting a hand car wash(inside)

It sounds like your vehicle was turning off the power to the dashcam when your car stop/started. The best way to resolve this is to fit a Nextbase hard wire kit on a permanently live fuse and then enable Parking Mode on the dashcam.
