For everything this game does better than Heat, there are some questionable decisions that drag it back down. You run from the cops, more than you race it seems and it gets aggravating after the 30th time. The game cheats constantly, why upgrade your car when the AI/cops can just teleport around. Hard to believe Criterion made this, maybe its time for them to cease and move on.
