My love for hockey will always make me buy this game. However... I do feel like they can never get the gameplay just right. It is very hard to score a goal now. The game relies on dekes

This years NHL is more a hold over from the improvements of NHL 17. It's still a great game of on ice hockey and has plenty of content, but you could argue with last years World Cup of hockey mode, this years version falls a bit short.

Awesome technology. Great store. I by EA sports NHL every September from Best Buy. No way id go to game stop. Best buy is the place to go for smart people.

Fun game. Made some important changes including puck control. Just wish EA would bring back the ability to add points to your created players skill sets.

The fact that you can play at different difficulty levels is just fantastic. This means I can play with my novice 8 year old and we have tons of fun.

Love that you can create a team and use them in an exapasion draft. Love Playing Franchise mode since it’s the only reason I buy the game.

My son loves the NHL series. EA Sports seems to continually put out quality sports games. It has kept him entertained

Great game for any hockey fan. Love that game updates the roster so you can play with the most current players.

My son is a hockey nut and loves the new 3-3 mode, and he is hooked on the GM mode. He plays that as much as he plays games.
