One of two games I buy every year. The other is Madden (also from EA Sports). Can't play either one of them, but maybe someday I'll learn. The gameplay is outstanding. MY gameplay....not so much.

Have loved this game more ever since 17 when they added echl teams. Love creating teams as well. Especially hailing the moving slapshot filmed in a town roughly 3 to 4 hrs away from me

I love that the game has a majority of the junior hockey players in. Makes the first few drafts in franchise mode a lot more realistic than other sports video games.

I have to mark it down a star because there’s still no online franchise mode. However what they did do is add a ton of content to the online modes in “World of Hockey”. I’ve owned each year and this is the biggest leap they’ve made from one year to the next.

Owned and played many NHLs over the years. This one has seen some changes, overall a decent game, but definitely get it on sale. Wish they do more to improve the audience coding but that's just me

Bought as a gift, but it was at the top of the boys list so I know he'll be ecstatic! He has loved all the previous versions so I know this will not disappoint.

5 star reviews are few and far between, that being said this game is awesome. Gameplay mechanics have Improved (even though they were already solid) and the overall game speed feels good. Online has seemed to improve as well.

Pretty much the same NHL as in years past. The game play does seem to have been tweaked, making it a bit harder (challenging?). I don't like that you can only play outdoors online. Where's the Winter Classic?!

I bought this and it got here fast and easy Husband getting it for Christmas. He has the last game so I'm sure it he will love it.

My husband absolutely loves this game! No problems with glitches, the product was delivered fast and even for a cheaper price!

I haven't owned a game since 2006 and couldn't be happier with the purchase. It's fun getting back into EA Sports games.

EA Sports seems to have their act together when it comes to churning out these sports games. My son loves this one

Great game so far, can be customized to user skill level so no worries that it is too difficult. Really nice to utilize the Spotify option on the PS4 to listen to music while playing hockey.

Haven'g gotten too deep into gameplay but seems really similar to 2017. Not much improvements in terms of moves or graphics. Had to get it for the San Jose Sharks Erik Karlsson roster update tho!

By now, it's just another sports game yearly edition. Some new things, mostly the same. Last bought nhl 16, gameplay is mostly the same. Enjoying the be a pro mode. Kid enjoys the other modes.

Love it but wish games didn't cost so much. I will of course buy the next one out as well.

Haven't played a hockey game for a while. Bought this on sale. Will definitely buy it again . Great game

NHL 19 is a great game. The new skating engine is a great addition and francise mode has a new scouting system.

I like the Canucks, always have. Started with "V" jersey (or sweater for you Canucks).
