Originally bought this long ago for anticipated PS5 purchase. Never thought it would be so hard to hand my money over to a company to purchase their product but like everyone else, it has been a struggle. Finally got a PS5 and now have plenty of games to catch up on. Have always loved the NHL product but haven't bought one in a while - the controls are very complex these days with so many more buttons. Can always choose to go back to classic button layout with a caveat of not having the newest player maneuvers. Still up in the air as how much I want the complexity in a sports video game.

This game may be better than Madden again this year plus it has a cool feature at NHL 94 is built in the game if you preorder it

Good game, best part is all the alumni from every team they have. From gretzky to cam Neely to Patrick Roy. You can customize the rosters to include alumni

Good for new rosters. Was hoping for a bigger change from 2k20, but still a great game.

It's been years since I played a sport game on the system and for $30, I couldn't resist buying it. This game is outstanding! It's no longer just playing hockey, it's growing a career. After the install and update, I must have played for about 4 hours straight. It's fun, exciting and entertaining. The only thing I wish it would do is give a split screen so two us, at home, can play against each other.

This is super fun me and my ladie pick are team Go Kings Go it even has ahl teams.

NHL is a great game! The new my career mode has more to offer (it has a similarity to MLB the show with the new content), and the future looks right with the new changes for the next generation of gaming. But the game still lacks a bit I'm features especially in franchise (which they haven't touched in years). But other than that the gameplay is better and the game continues to evolve. It's an all around good game!

NHL is a great series which is why it gets 4 stars but it gets redundant. The graphics are great but look similar to the last couple of years. There is no way I would pay $59.99 for this game but luckily it was on sale for black Friday. If you have NHL 20, keep your money.
