This game feels like it’s unfinished. Which is ridiculous because it was announced years ago. Most of the characters are one dimensional and contribute little to nothing, the plot is extremely boring, the pacing is way off, and the game is TOO easy. There’s a hard mode now but early adopters like me didn’t have that option because it wasn’t patched in yet. The battle system is decent as far as action RPG’s go, but nothing that special, especially when a lot of us who wanted to play this when it first came out did not have a harder difficulty available. Even then, it’s not that great. Skirmish and kingdom building are way too arbitrary, clearly thrown into the mix to make you feel like you have a complete game, but it’s not hard to realize Ni No Kuni 2 was not really finished when they decided it was time to cease development and ship. Even the graphics are inconsistent. Some places are gorgeous, others fall short. This game was clearly not faring well in development and never got on the right track. Extremely disappointing, since the first game on PS3 was one of the best titles for that console.

Fun rpg with different combat from the first. The story is less dynamic than the first game, but it is still worth a playthrough if you enjoyed the first game.

If you're a Studio Ghibli fan, PLAY THIS GAME. Real time action combat and some real time strategy thrown in with great, fun characters and a colorful open world.

If you want a good storyline with whimsical characters this is it. The normal mode doesn’t really challenge you but there is so much stuff packed into this game.

This game was highly recommended by my friend... It is like Ghibli Studios (Spirited Away) meets Japanime and MMO. If you love those things then you will love this game.

Ni no Kuni 2 has more of an action style combat system and is not as slow as the first one. Sadly the Kingdom building is pretty shallow and the story is a bit predictable.

I have and played Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch and I'm really loving the more action oriented vibe of this game and the new look and gameplay highly recommend.

This game first debuted on a PlayStation 2 I like it then and was updated graphics better game playing better control I still like it I highly recommend this game

An essential title that should be included in every PlayStation home. Probably the best graphics on the Ps4. It feels like you're playing an anime movie.

Not your typical jrpg... I think this game will not be remembered for its story, but for its collection of different gameplay. I enjoyed the kingdom building system.

Revenant Kingdom is a blast to play. The graphics and sound are top notch. If you enjoyed Ni no Kuni Wrath of the White Witch you feel right at home playing this.

this game takes about 5-8 hours to really open up and you see what your actually supposed to be doing. Its fun, great action, tons to do. looks great also.

I can’t put this game down, i’ve Logged way too many hours in it and still am enjoying it. The battle system is a little easy at times, but still super fun.

Feels like a mix of Zelda and old school RPGs. Love how it looks and plays. My only gripe is the walking speed feels very slow while on the world map.

Better than the first one as far as game play. Story isn't as compelling or moving. and what's with the President being a character...., but I still love it.

Wanted this game, got it on sale. It’s a good story, the characters and art are great. It’s a good game, better than a lot of the RPGs out right now.

I never played the first game, but this game is awesome. Breathtaking cinematics and easy to pick up gameplay. This is any RPG fan's game for sure!

I enjoyed it but I definitely had more fun with the first game. Graphics and sound are great, story isn't quite as good. Still a very good RPG.

It is different from the previous game no monster catching but still fun. Menus for doing things are easier to navigate. Solid follow up to last game.
