Ni no Kuni 2 is a very fun game that is held back by a lackluster story and too repetitive combat. I really enjoyed it in the beginning, but it couldn't hold my attention all the way to the finish line.

I kid that title was for the pun. This game is interesting, has many different game modes and styles that’s better than the sum of its parts but at the end of the day is ultimately entertaining. 7/10

The original game was so much fun and so detailed and this follow up is more of the same. Although it’s not from studio ghibli, the animation is still similar and very enjoyable.

way different than the first nii no kuni, but still enjoyable. I've only watched it being played, but seems to be more of a button masher. Not super long or as awesome as the first one.

The story may be linear, but the amount of areas to explore and things to do make you feel like the game isn't that linear and isn't forcing you on a particular path

This game is amazing. The art work is beautiful and the story is fascinating so far. Anyone who hasn't played a JRPG should play it. Anyone who has played a JRPG NEEDS to play it.

Great story and world building JRPG! Love the art style especially since it’s Studio Ghibli makers of many movies such as My Neighbor Totoro, Ponyo, and Howl’s Moving Castle!

I just started playing this game and I'm on chapter 3, and so far i am loving this game. Only issue I am currently having is it crashes here and there. I have a ps4 pro.

Charming story and visuals unfortunately saddled with unnecessary progression gating necessitating an unreasonable amount of grinding

Fun game with an interesting story. Had to get used to some of the weird sounds the characters make as you read their dialogue. But still enjoying this game very much.

Overall, a fun sequel. Although the storyline isn't as emotionally invested as the first game, the game continues to be a great modern take on classic jRPG gameplay.

I was a huge fan of NNK1, and while I do enjoy this game, the storyline leaves a lot to be desired, especially when compared to the emotional journey of the first.

The graphics and the gameplay are decent, but my gosh the story and the characters are as bland as a lettuce sandwich!

I am only a couple hours in and there is so much to do. Once you get to customize your kingdom, say goodbye to even more of your time. The game is very rewarding.

Its a good game with tons of action and great story telling..u bond with the main characters fast and it pulls u in to the game making u want to keep playing

This game was so surprisingly good. Now I want to get the first one even though you do not have to play the first game to understand or enjoy this game

Got it as a gift for my friend. She started playing it and won't shut up about it. She loved the first one and is really enjoying this one so far.
