Code does not work

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the Ultimate version of the game thinking the “included” DLC would be on the cart. Opened the case to find out that the DLC is a code. Tried to enter the code multiple times and it keeps giving me an error code that the DLC hasn’t been released yet. Looking in the eShop and I can see that the DLC has been released months ago. Also all free DLC is not on the cart. The game had a big download after inserting the cartridge.

Code doesnt work
