This game is a phenomenal rpg that flew under the radar this year. If you like square games you will love this one

Really great work by Yoko Taro, his best yet easily. Super fun game play by the masters of game play at Platinum games. If you're into games with good writing, and stories of a darker theme then you will defiantly want to check this out. I can guarantee you'll wanna go back and play his other games if you like this one.

If you're a fan of the Action genre then look no further as this has some of the most explosive action on PS4. It also switches up gameplay styles all the time so you never know if your gonna be playing a 3d action game, a flying twin stick shooter, or a side scrolling game, top down action game, and so on. Very Fun

Platinum has outdone themselves with this game. Yoko taro is a madman in every way imaginable, and its great.

I bought Nier because it was on sale and had good reviews. Hadn't played earlier entries in the series, but it doesn't seem to matter. I've been hooked for a week now; the gameplay is phenomenal and the story is interesting. I can't wait to finish, but also want to savor whatever time I have left with it.

Another great game from Platinum Games. If you liked the Bayonetta series, then you will like this one too.

Christmas is going to be spent all day in front of the TV watching my daughter play this game. Can't wait!

What a fantastic action RPG with a poignant, bleak, interesting story that delves into what it means to be. Flashes of Blade Runner (the original). While the action is a little simple, the RPG is nicely layered, the world packed with content, and the story fantastic. Buy it, play it, love it.

This game was a sleeper. It is perfect for what it tries to be. It's an old school in a new age. It plays amazing and is fast paced like it's genre. Great story and characters. It's very Japanese in design but it's done right. When you modernize a classic genre, this is a perfect example of how to do it.

I mostly purchased this game because I enjoyed the concept of the game based on the trailer. I must say this game has been amazing!! I'd def recommend it to add to your gaming collection. The combat and gameplay are awesome and the story is great. Again, bought it on a whim and have loved every minute of it.

This game has a really cool look to it. It's fun and there is a lot to do and hack and slash. Action RPG.

Very fun game! Definitely challenging for me at some points but not too hard. Female lead character is pretty badass cyborg. better than I expected! Best game Enix has made in a long time. Absolutely gorgeous and the story in fantastic. So many tiny intricate details, can not recommend this game enough!

I played nier on the ps3 and that game was amazing, but this one is even better in many ways. This game has so much to do that even when you beat it you will want to keep playing through it multiple times to try and get all its secrets and endings. The amount of detail and thought that was put into its game mechanics and design are game of the year contender material. Worth every penny a must buy for any ps4 owner looking for console exclusives.

Game has a bunch of different endings. It really blows your mind with some of the stuff they do in this game. Overall it was a great experience and is highly recommended to anyone that likes a story driven game.

One of the great PS4 games to come out this year. I only wished I bought it earlier. Highly recommended

Only about 5 hours into it but so far is really fun to play! Can’t wait to try it when I get my PS4 Pro!

On my second playthrough of the game now. Good story. Getting more story on second play as you dont get it all on just one round. Good main cast except main bad guy, i think he is a sissy. The fights with him are cool, but the cut scenes make him out to be a cry baby. Not into girly looking boys or the emo thing or whatever you call it. Good game, good story. The demo didnt grab me, but i had nothing to play at the time and the reviews were good. Got it while it was on sell. Well worth full price.

NieR Automata is really allowed to shine, thanks to the excellent effort by Platinum Games to make it something truly different and interesting. The gameplay-story combination is among the best I've seen in a long time, and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, unique experience.
