I've been waiting for this game for so long! Now that it's finally here, I put in 6 hours within my first play session. Controls feels great and the fights are challenging. Definitely a recommended action rpg!

Love this game. Love the art style, combat is smooth and just intricate enough, plus the story is pretty interesting. New gameplay elements are introduced throughout the game keeping things interesting.

Well with the purchase. The combat is fluid and hectic. It feels like what the combat in FF15 should have been. Story is interesting and there is not a requirement to play the first to keep up. Great game.

If you played Neir on PS3, this is a sequel worth significantly improved movement and battle, as well as visuals. And you get the same type of of awesome sound track that the original Neir was known for.

The lore is rich, the graphics are smooth and beautiful, and I'm loving the story. If you have a choice between PC and PS4, I would go PC and use a controller, but the PS4 version is great

This is a must have for both action and rpg fans. The action is top notch, but it is the story that sets this game apart from others. It is deep, engaging, and, most importantly, unconventional.

I almost didn't play this game, and I'm glad that I didn't miss it. It is similar to Devil May Cry and Dark Souls series combining fast-paced combat with exploration and many "Easter eggs". I highly recommend it to fans of these games especially if you like unusual stories and multiple perspectives to a story.

This game is purely amazing! Square enix have outdone themselves with this game. The story is on par with its graphics with rememberable characters. I strongly recommend this game to anyone! A must have!

This is a game you will play multiple times. Luckily the gameplay is varied and engaging while also having one of the greatest and most thought provoking storyline video games have.

Some games hit you right in the feels and Nier is no exception. The storyline and the way it explores humanity... just... epic. If you like action games, you need to play this one.

Nier: Automata has great hack and slash action along with gun play that is reminiscent of Devil May Cry and Bayonetta. Controls are fast and fluid and the story is great. Definitely check this game out

Great visuals, entertaining story, and a battle system everyone can like. My only complaint is the enemies seem a little dull to me. Not bad enough to knock a star off or effect overall game play.

Sincerely one of the more impressive games narratively and in terms of atmosphere and environment. The multiple endings, the thematic implications of them, and just overall gameplay feel are superb.

The combat in this game reminds me a lot of FF15, the story is intricate like FF15, and the characters are all mono colored like FF15. But where FF15 is the safe bet for Square, giving you exactly what you expect to get, Nier tries to do things differently. This is an action rpg, not a JRPG, so take that under consideration. Still recommended.

Love this game, this is a mix between Bayonetta and JRPG, the story is intriguing and the gameplay style is excellent. This is one of those most own PS4 titles if you like HacknSlash JRPG type games.

The story has many surprises and it is very interesting. The gameplay is riveting at first, but the empty world with similar enemies can get tedious. Overall, it's a wonderful game.

This is a fantastic 3rd person action game. I was hesitant to buy at first because I didn't care much for the first game, but I'm glad I picked this up. The soundtrack is amazing too. Get it!

Story is told from multiple perspectives/paths. It isn't perfect but its still pretty good. Combat is very fluid and responsive. The soundtrack is definitely the best part of the game.
