This game was a surprise. Found in the store for $20 off and figured to give it a try. The graphics are good and it's pretty cool. Now, I will admit this is a game I normally wouldn't buy, but I can say it was worth it. I rated it a 4 simply because, again, this isn't the typical game I play.

Platinum Games makes da bess games. A very fluid and engaging game. Also, Eff Microsoft for screwing Platinum over. Please try to support Platinum. They really need it.

Nier has a way to make you remember that feeling of the first time you picked up a sword fighting game and fighting hordes of enemies. Must play for fans of Devil May Cry.

Outstanding game all around- wonderful music and gameplay. The game does tend to chug a bit on my vanilla PS4; perhaps issue is solved if you have a Pro or the PC version.

Not exactly what I was expecting from the game, but it is a nice chance of pace after breath of the wild

Overall a really great game, very different than most games out this year and an amazing soundtrack.

Great game. Extremely entertaining. Excellent story line. The beginning can be a bit slow, but it gets better. Combat system is great and is easy to catch on.

A very fun traditional RPG in Japanese style, this game is beautiful on many levels and has a fantastic, yet complex, story that makes you think.

Nier is a great rpg that doesn’t disappoint. Graphically beautiful and game play is a lot of fun. With 26 possible endings the replay value is crazy high.

Purchased this game based on reviews and glad I did. It is definitely a good game. Fighting is a blast and graphics and sound track are awesome.

Nier Automaton makes the player constantly question and engage the story. Be warned the overall tone is sad. Platinum games as always delivers solid action gameplay

So far my wife is playing through this one. It looks and plays amazing. And seems to have a varied amour if game styles from action to gun hells.

It's not for everyone, but if you've played the original Nier, then you'll probably love this, since it's even better.

A very wacky, off the wall action RPG which will appeal to fans of Nier, the game's pseudo-predecessor, and new fans of goofball Japanese gaming alike.

I played the first one, loved it, and this one is even better! I highly recommend this for people that aren't afraid to try something different!

Nier Automata is the best game I've played this year. The graphics are top notch, and it's beautiful to behold. Lots of different play styles ate included. Enjoy!

You can't wrong with purchasing this game if you loved the DMC universe. . Different characters, different areas. You can't go wrong with this game. A must have.

Game is good, fighting is great, if you want to look at a cute android's behind then even better, but it has so many ending it's hard to play with a purpose. Also, the DLC requires you to beat the games a couple times and be extremely high lvl. which is not disclosed.
