Descent remake, fun but repetitive, ps4 pro makes graphics pop

Nier: Automata is really a sick game for anyone who enjoys action games like Devil May Cry or Bayonetta, but Platinum Games has really elevated the genre here.

The story of this game will always keep you on your toes. Really unique. Never played any game quite like this. Another masterpiece from Platinum Games!

Combat is very fun. I played the demo on a whim, and once I became aware of the shooting mechanic in this game, I was just about sold at that point. Then once I became aware of the storyline and the character design of the enemies, I was deadset of seeing this game through to the end.

This game combines elements of old japanese shooter classics with easy hack-n-slash. Combined with gorgeous graphics, this is a solid game at the $40 price.

What can I say? Tight combat mechanics. Amazing music. Yeah spoilers, you need to beat the game multiple times to see the entire story. And what a story it is!

Combat handled by Platinum Games and interesting characters, plot, and themes. A beautiful, winning combination, getting better with at least 3 playthroughs.

For me this game was a refreshing change from all the games I have been playing. They put in some arcade style sections that I liked. Highly recommended.

The first in the series was such an odd mix of platforming and rag that I had to pick this one up as well. Can't wait to see how it plays:)

If you are "in the know" you are aware that the creator of this series is somewhat...eccentric? If you like Devil May Cry, you will love this. If you like FF series, you will like this. At first plagued by some weird bugs but most of that has been cleared up with a couple of patches.

Great graphics, tight controls, lots of variety in gameplay.. one of the best releases from 2017. Totally worth it’s current price point.

I get bored with games very fast, but this game has kept my attention. It's a very well polished game no frame rate issues and the controls are very smooth.

Just start to play, so I don't have much to talk about the story. But the action part is interesting, which is the developer "PlatinumGames" really mastered.

This is a very well made game. Graphics are very good and the game play is very addicting. Definitely recommend owning this game if you own a ps4.

This game really grabbed ahold of me. I love the fast paced action and giant enemies, plus the jrpg feel. Go get it if any of that sounds appealing to you

Only a few hours into gameplay. Already mesmerized by the scenery and smooth gameplay. It is a challenging game but definitely a welcome challenge.

This is a great game for any fans of combo driven action RPG games. Character development is good, music score is fantastic, gameplay is rewarding.

I am always up for a new SquareEnix game. Looks to be a great game. Cant wait to finish it.

Many thought this sequel would never happen but I'm ecstatic it did! The unique gameplay and weird story make this one of the year's most memorable games.

Honestly one of the most important games ever made. The story is incredible and will leave you thinking about it, and yourself, for years to come.
