This is a brilliant action game from platinum games, from the insane mind of Yoko Taro. Also the games easy mode is very new player friendly, as it really only requires you to move around with the options for auto attack and auto shoot, great for new to gaming adults.

I bought this game for my teenage son. He enjoyed the game play and was happy with the graphics.

I did not know what to expect outside of watching a few video clips of the game in action. The graphics and sound are par for Square Enix. The action has multiple viewpoints to take advantage of multiple enemies in tight spaces. This is an existential odyssey and on multiple playthroughs is when you unlock the story. The game will lend you to plenty of gameplay even if you only play through 1 time at 20-25 hours for all sidequests complete.

The first Nier game was a little underwhelming, but Platinum Games has taken the franchise and given it life far beyond what I would have expected. The game starts off fun and straightforward, but reaches a point where it is very thought provoking. I love this game!

This game isn't for people wanting a walk in the park or a particularly relaxing game. If you are the type of person who is up for a challenge in gameplay and enjoy a sad story (or a good cry), then this game is the game for you. It is kind of like a faster paced Dark Souls.

Simply put, the game is really good. Controls are tight and I really enjoyed my time with it.

Its a combination of several genres, once you get a handle of how the controls work its a fun beat down game.

At first this game may seem simple to some, do not sleep on this! The game requires multiple play thrus to get the real game and endings. This is ok because each play-thru is about 7-10 hours. But keep going, this game is just amazing when you give it enough time and energy.

This game is good change of pace for someone who doesn't want a full open world game, but likes to explore.

I love the shooting (shmup) elements in this game! Pick this up if you want to try an ARPG that's different.

Great action role playing game which is a Playstation exclusive. Has got great reviews and is a lot of fun.
