Posted .We are very sorry to hear of the impact of confusion of Wi-Fi versus Wire Free. You should be able to return the product if you haven't thrown away the packaging. We ultimately have to defer to the specific policy of the retailer, but fully support your efforts to return or exchange.

Don't buy!

Takes forever for app to show cameras. One camera completely died about a month ago and now all of them are no longer working. I wouldn't EVER spend over $400 on this crap again! Wayyyy to overpriced and not user friendly and not reliable at all! The cameras Constantly lost connection when they were working as well. So Dissapointing

Terrible Buy

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally got the wired cameras, but ended up returning them and getting these cameras instead of the wired ones because these have the 2-way audio feature. After installing them, I noticed that they only adjust up and down, which is terrible, they should be able to adjust up, down and side to side to capture any angle I want. If the camera catches any view of the wall its attached to, night vision will not work properly. Also, these cameras don't work well, they only record when they want to. I could walk right up to the camera and it will not record. I had people coming within view and range of recording, but the cameras did not record a thing. Buyer Beware!

Pay a little more for something else

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only way to view on mobile device is thru an app that has very poor features and quality, the talk to camera feature is not an option to use the quality is so poor however the video quality does display nice even at night but to view it on a secondary display is almost impossible.
