Waste of money.When you find out will be so late !

Horrible company, service and product!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible experience with their product and their tech support team. Bought 4 camera system complete. Had 2 warranty claims and this last one was a defective DVR. 2 days over a year and not even considered. Called to possibly escalate to a manager and was treated very rudely, put on hold for 45 mins. Horrible product and their service is one of the worst ever. Spent close to $500 for this system and it’s now useless. Not even a program to offer a discounted rate for existing clients to replace defective units. Never again! Beware.

Junk

I can't even get 150 ft. and that camera is set up with line of sight from a window. I was getting better reception from the cheap ones I had gotten at Wal-mart, I had to replace them cause I was locked out. I tried getting in touch with Technical support for help, only to receive a response of getting a link to figure it out my self. I bought the eight pack of wireless cameras, I set up six out of those six three of them have no signal. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

It sounds like you are experiencing trouble getting the signal from the camera to connect to the Wi-Fi NVR. This is purely setup related, not a default in the product.
