So far no issue with the cameras. Possible update late after fully programming them.

I was not told the complete info about this unit. I do not have an Ethernet hook up and was told I could used hotspots just fine. Not what instructions say. Still in box and not using. Waiting til I have some sort of interest with Ethernet ports.

Best purchase I am really liking my new camera set. I like that I can check my phone and check to see what is going on around my house when I am not there this is the best purchase I made.

the image quality of these cameras is ... very good. The problem is the application used by these cameras. it sucks. they should change it.

Worked great for the first few months, now only 2/4 cameras record sometimes. Wasn’t worth the money. I’ve tried resetting the cameras and even messing with the settings to no avail.

Camera system is nice working good but the camera adjust sucks up and down is all the adjustments you get no side to side and cheap screws for mounting cameras

So far we are very pleased with the system. Does seem as though there is a delay in notifying us when there is activity. Thinking it's our Wifi (slow speed) that's causing this ?

This is a great security system! It's extendable and has a wealth of features. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with this item. Fairly easy to install cameras on ceilings. The video feed is very sharp. The DVR commands are easy to access; most are intuitive.

awesome product and bestbuy is the best platform.....i recomended.

Easy to use and install can access with App. Have caught several break ins mail theft, and a hit and run on one of our cars. Despite High quality video evidence Seattle PD has yet to even contact me on any of my open cases. Nor the Post Master General. Crooks running Free in Seattle.

Appears to be high quality. I was disappointed that it won't use my expanded wifi and the cameras won't connect at 100 ft I have a Wi-Fi with an 800 ft range in an RV park.but this system will not work.

I got this Night Owl cameras for almost 1 1/2 year and still working good.

Very easy to set up. It goes what it says it will do.

Works as advertised . Easy setup and installation. Able to add multiple cameras to existing system. Highly recommend .

Can't get cameras to pair so had to return them. I loved my old set of night owl cameras but a storm damaged one .

Wireless isn't actually wireless. I had to return because I didn't have plug in's on my awnings for the "wireless" cameras

Signal works great when it pairs to NVR, just need to have a really good Internet signal to be able to watch out site

This security camera system is good but delays in time and on voice talk back. The further you are from the system the more you get glitches and voice is distorted. It keeps logging me out of my app and saying I have no system available. This happens more often then none. Down call is it can be unplugged very easily.
