    Night Owl a Night Mare! Best Buy was great

    I buy from Best Buy whenever possible. I ordered the Night Owl NVR10-882 after going to the Best Buy store. I ordered in store and got it 2 days later, No Problem. Setup was no problem. Then the Night Mare started. One of 7 cameras did not work. I tried it on all 7 POE ports. It would not work on any. I contacted Night Owl. I went through all the steps to register, to send receipts, did the required on line chat support, prove the system was not working, called as required 4 times to set up a help ticket. Wait time on call in was 45 minutes to hour each time. Each time Night owl support closed my ticket and did not resolve the problem. They stated each time they would send an RMA ticket and I would have to send the defective camera back and then they would review it and send out a new one if it didn't work. I nevered received the RMA instead my help tickets were just closed. I am now sitting on hold for 40 minutes again (5th time) and decided to write my first product review. I am a best buy elite plus member so I have bought a lot and never written a review and never had to deal with support from any company like this. If you buy this product pray it works out of the box or I would recommend packing it back up immediately and returning it.
