    Last about 18 months..and they are fine about that

    We bought these cameras around 18 months ago, over the first year there was about three times we had to go into the attic and reset the system (and if you change your wifi provider you have to delete the entire system and start again!. So again the system went down and after over an hour of them on the phone telling me do this, do that, they then decide it is faulty and they can tell me the price for a new system! I remind them it is 18 months old, we have cameras everywhere drilled into our walls..and was this as long as I could expect it to last!18 months! Both live agents cut off their chat with me and despite requesting a copy of the transcript, neither of them sent it! So now I have an 8 camera system, 18 months old that is faulty, but they wont replace it.

    Terrible connection to wireless product. Would connect and then say there is an issue and disconnect. Once connected one time device had to be reset to connect again. It would not reset. Tried this on multiple wireless cameras and same thing happened everytime. Horrible interface. I am a network engineer and this should have been the easiest thing I install. Nope, garbage until company fixes interface issues

    Might as well stay at home a pull guard

    The app is broken so no way to remote view and repair is impossible.....I hate myself for buying it and customer support is horrible....

      The recent Android update caused issues with 1000's of apps available on their platform. Night Owl released an update on 12/21/22 that fixes the issue that Android caused.
