I thought the power cords for the cameras were missing or that i would have to buy them... BUT, it turns out that I dont need any! Im giving four stars on quality only because the base on the cameras are plastic.

Unreliable system

Had a simple power surge at home while at work. This knocked out all video on my phone. Requiring a hard reset when I got home, good thing I was local and not on a trip.

Posted .Good afternoon. That would occur with any video surveillance equipment if a power surge occurred. In the quick setup guide and manual, we strongly encourage all customers to connect the NVR to a surge protector or UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for exactly these types of situations. Awesome little cameras! With a great DVR!

You can view and download captured video with the companion app, and it even marks events that were detected, such as a car or a face, or just general movement. Highly recommend!

Outside a certain area the app begins to fail. Product itself is 100%. DVR 2TB is amazing playback. Sends you photos.

Do Not Purchase This unless you want a Headache

The cameras look good when they work, however the app is VERY VERY unstable. Install is easy, but I had many problems. I have a very Stable ORBI NETWORK and Super Fast Internet. The IP PoE experience with this system is horrible. I am a Cyber Security Expert with Technical expertise
