Stay away!!

The manufacturer does NOT honor their 12 month warranty, Best Buy unwilling to do returns due to being over 30 days even though the manufacturer is not honoring their warranty that is clearly stated on this product page. Horrible customer service!! I have one camera that stopped working completely and multiple others where the sensor no longer triggers recording making these completely useless for going back and seeing history.

Poor camera

Posted .Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear of your issue with your batteries. These cameras use rechargeable lithium ion 18650 batteries. Battery life depends on a number of factors including if you choose continuous recording or event based, how active the camera zones are for activity, etc. Another key factor is operating temp. In the winter batteries have a more difficult time holding charge in cold environments. You can charge backup batteries and swap them or pull down the camera and recharge.
