Poor camera

Posted .Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear of your issue with your batteries. These cameras use rechargeable lithium ion 18650 batteries. Battery life depends on a number of factors including if you choose continuous recording or event based, how active the camera zones are for activity, etc. Another key factor is operating temp. In the winter batteries have a more difficult time holding charge in cold environments. You can charge backup batteries and swap them or pull down the camera and recharge.
