Wrong strap in open box; it happens

I had an entirely different color band inside this box. I'm not worried about it, since Best Buy returns are so easy. She was really great about it. The only con for me was the time to have to go back into the store to handle this problem.

Not The Best

The biggest issue is the band is really hard to put on your wrist, which makes it inconvenient at times if you need to adjust it during class. I wouldn't buy another one.
